Meet the Founder
Su Nyein Aye
My path into this work was not something I planned.
For a long time, I was focused on personal growth —
trying to improve my mindset, my habits, and the way I approached life.
I explored many tools:
journaling, affirmations, visualization, energy work, coaching.
And they helped. But something still felt… inconsistent.
Some days felt clear and focused. Other days felt heavy, even when nothing had changed externally.
That’s when I began paying attention to something I had previously overlooked: the environment I was living and working in.
I started with simple changes —
clearing spaces I had been avoiding,
opening up areas that felt stagnant,
adjusting how I used my surroundings day to day.
The changes were small. But the effect was not.
My thinking became clearer.
My decisions felt easier.
And I noticed that I could sustain momentum without forcing it.
That was the moment things shifted for me.

About Flying Stars Harmony
Flying Stars Harmony was founded with a simple intention:
to help you make the most of the space you already have — so it can support the way you think, work, and grow.
As your business evolves, your environment often stays the same. But over time, that gap begins to show.
Not in obvious ways — but in how you feel when you work, how easily you make decisions,
and how much effort it takes to sustain performance.
This is the space I work in.
Our Purpose
At Flying Stars Harmony, the work is not about creating a “perfect” space. It is about helping you create a space that supports you — consistently.
A space where:
your thinking feels clear
your decisions feel steady
your work flows without constant strain
Because when your environment supports you, your strategy and mindset can actually do their job.
From Personal Insight
to Structured Work
As I went deeper into this, I formally studied classical Flying Stars Feng Shui —
a system that examines how space, direction, and time interact within an environment.
What I found was not abstract or mystical.
It was structured.
There were patterns in how environments influence:
-
clarity
-
focus
-
decision-making
-
and overall stability in how we operate
I began to see that what I had experienced personally could be understood, analyzed, and applied in a much more precise way.
“I am less interested in how a space looks — and more interested in how it affects the person using it over time.”

Why I Do This Work
Most clients I work with are not struggling to “make things work.”
Their business is already working.
But as they grow, the demands increase:
more decisions
more visibility
more complexity
And the environment they work in often hasn’t evolved with them. This creates a kind of invisible friction.
Not enough to stop them —
but enough to make everything feel heavier than it should.
I do this work because I have experienced that difference myself.
And I know how much it matters.
How I See My Role
I don’t see myself as someone who “fixes spaces.”
I help you see your workspace differently.
I look at how your environment is interacting with:
-
how you think
-
how you make decisions
-
and the phase your business is currently in
Then I help you make small, practical adjustments
so your space supports the level you are operating at now.
What I Want for My Clients
I want you to feel:
-
clear when you sit down to work
-
steady when you make decisions
-
supported — not drained — by your environment
-
Not constantly pushing.
-
Not second-guessing.
Just working in a way that feels stable and sustainable.
Because that is what allows real growth.
My Goal
My goal is not to make your space “perfect” or "beautiful".
It is to help you create a workspace that supports:
-
clarity
-
consistency
-
and long-term growth
So your business can expand without requiring more effort than necessary.
